Ok.. This sucks.. A lot.. I have a left ear cartelidge piercing.. Well.. I HAD one..
I got it about 2 to 4 months ago.. I kind of kept up with cleaning, slacked off a bit, and I changed the earring when I shouldn't have, it hadn't entirely healed. It was fine for awhile but then it started hurting, a lot. There was this bubble around it, it was really nasty.. I went to the doctor eventually and he gave me some antibiotics and advised me to put a smaller and more solid metal of an earring in. My mom took her solid golid earring from her room, it had a big diamond in it too. Hurt like a bitch swapping them out. Then I felt cool that I had gold + a diamond in my ear.. Well.. I didn't feel so cool a couple nights ago.. I was sleeping, and my ear was really itchy, I was scratching it a lot and then around 3 AM I woke up, with blood on my hands and pillow, I thought I had like murdered someone, haha. But I got up and my ear really hurt, I decided to get up to clean it, but when I got to the bathroom, I looked in the mirror, and the diamond was gone. I was freaking out, I had lost my moms diamond earring that my dad had given her so long ago. My ear really itched though.. I went to itch it, being fully awake now and having my senses restored to me (as I couldn't really feel what I was itching while I was in bed asleep) and I felt a metal object, I pulled my ear forward to see a gold pin sticking out, it was there!! But.. That meant that the diamond was there too, but it was neither sticking out of the back or front of my ear..

It had been pushed into my skin, and healed over.. What - the - fuck! I just stood there, wondering what to do.. I finally started fooling around with it, and began making a new hole with a big diamond, and my cartelidge is thick on that part of my ear, I saw something beneath the skin, the diamond was coming through, it was pain I had never felt before, it was pushing through skin, cartelidge and scar tissue. I heard and felt the popping of skin layers as it bursted through and it finally came through my ear.. I couldn't get it out slowly, so I ripped it the rest of the way... Fucking OUCH
I was jumping around my bathroom in a silent scream, as I didn't want to wake anyone.. I took the earring out and didn't replace it, I'm totally done with trying to get piercings..
