uma and home wifi

Hey stackers!

My UMA works fine on the curve but my home internet wifi always seems to disconnect from the router.

I would have to unplug the router and reset it and it will work fine.....for about 15 min and then it disconnects again, while the curve still works fine on uma aloing with my vonage home phone.


Any directions towards a solution??

So just to make sure i understand, Curve works on wifi, vonage works, it is the laptop/pc that disconnects ? Or am it missing something in there?

Using DLink DIR-615 wireless router

Internet worked fine at home until I got the 8320 and tried to use it UMA

If you say turn off the curve completely, would your laptop connect then? Could be the router is getting overloaded and dropping the connection.

ok..i just deleted the router info and reinstalled it from step one and so far so good...

Still good..Thanks Eddie....I shut off my network and using just UMA and the laptop to make sure it still works...
