well like i said it isnt a perverted Question i was just wondering i saw the last house on the left and well the little girl got raped and im just wondering how do they like fake the sex it looks real im just wondering cause i mean their naked just wondering thanks
 
Well, there's an awful lot of wondering going on here.

Movies are not real. What goes on outside your window is real. What goes on in the movie is not real. Real. Not real.

Movies use any number of techniques to create images that look very real.

Children do not actually get raped. Dogs do not actually die. Horses do not actually get shot. Monsters and vampires are not real. Buildings are not actually blown up (for the most part) and the actors who "die" aren't really dead.
