Okay!I'm trying to find a poem and it's reeallly driving me nuts,because I can't find it!
It's either called "Sho' nuff" or "Fo' sho",by an African-American female writer,sometime betwen the 70s-90s.
And it's about this girl in a diner/club and she's listening to these two women tell each other how their dark tans must mean they're lady's of high worth,and this guy says the the girl something like "If those two ladys are fine with the tans they have,you must be a queen" (he says something along those lines!)And so the girl says "Sho nuff'!" or "Fo' Sho!"
Um,so if anybody could help me find this poem,or know what I'm talking about,pleeeease help!
