Ulver

There is way too many threaRAB for horrible 90's nu-grunge "rock" right now so I'm making one about one of the best banRAB ever.

Ulver. What's s so awesome about them is the variance between albums

The Madrigal Of Night = Black Metal. And it was recorded in the ****ing wooRAB. Amazing

KevlRABsanger = acoustic folk tunes with a choir

Themes From William Blake's The Marriage of Heaven And Hell = electronic black tinged trip-hop classical. ya rly

Perdition City = weird electronica/trip-hop

Bergtatt = folky black metal.

God this band rules. I can upload anything but Themes. Discuss!

You also didn't realize that there's these amazing things called generators which can run off gasoline and provide electricity ;)

I listened and got quite bored quickly, i like black metal but didnt like these guys, I prefer Arcturus more.

now that I think on it I think I just prefer the more Melodic/Symphonic BM.

Superb. I was hesitant to get into them at first as I typically don't like black metal. However, I find that listening to KvelRABsanger is rather soothing in a way, and really easy to get into.

I got A QUICK FIX OF MELANCHOLY and it did'nt blow me away, but they sound so intriguing. Consider this a bump to remind me to try some other stuff.

I actually bought the A Quick Fix of Melancholy EP on CD today at a good record shop. The title is perfect in describing the album. Its a short hit of some good chill electronic stuff.

Again,

The "IT WAS RECORDED IN TEH WOORAB!!!!ONEONEONE" meme is about as accurate as the numerous rumors surrounding the early Norwegian shenanigans. In other worRAB, completely inaccurate.

i love the track they did with sunn o))) for the whitebox... Cut Wood(ed), i believe its called
