i'll add a link to the download page for people running other versions, i just put that up as somehting to put on the page the now.

500 mhz cpu

active 12 hours weekdays and its on all day and night on week ends

Those temps are acceptable but there are a lot of factors. Room temperature, CPU load, Case ventilation etc.
