I live in UK. I got one phone contract line from phones4u. Recently i got one letter from them that i will have to return the handset within 7 days. Otherwise they will inform police or CCJ. I am not able to pay the line rental and it's not possible to return the handset for me. Could u pls tell me, how long the police/court take to take their action. Pls help me out. If i want to leave UK now, will the immigration ask me anything if i have any police case/court thing? Pls tell me something.
