I am from Barbados in the Caribbean and I have a UK Passport. It expired August 20th, 2009. I am unsure of how to get a new one. I have been to the British High Commison's website but it is confusing to me. I am 17 years of age and will be 18 in July in case this information is needed in order for you to help me.
I would therefore like to know the procedure to getting a new UK passport or do they renew them.
