UK Mazda MX-5 1999 MK2 Speaker installation?

Hey! Does anyone know how to fit or could find a manual showing how to fit new speakers into a mazda MX-5 in the doors?

I have found several guides however they are all for electric windows versions whereas mine are manual. So I have no idea how to get around the window winding handle!
