I'd like someone to answer the following question accorfing to UK Land Law.
Mr X and Mrs Y are married and have 3 kids all over 20 years of age. They have separated but haven't divorced and Mr X has moved out of the family home but is the legal owner of that property. Mrs Y lives in that family home with the 3 children.
Can Mr X sell that property and have Mrs Y and the 3 children evicted? OR If Mr X decided to sell that property, will Mrs Y be entitled to half of the value of that family home?
