The differences are not work related, more personal and I am careful not to do or say anything against him within work hours.
He has however threatened to take disciplinary action against me. (Probably because he is scared of me)
Is he in a position to take disciplinary action against me at work or am I right in thinking this has nothing to do with my employers and is a civil matter only?
