Uhm Twilight tv series?

SO, i think i am a little late on this or what ever, but, i heard about a twilight tv series? Yeah is that true, i am pretty confused here, i think that their wont be one.
I also want to know if ABS-CBN (which is a Filipino tv channel) is going to remake twilgiht??
That's pretty stupid in my opinion, but i would like to know is this really is going to happen or not.

i don't think it there is going to be one??
and it wont be good bc the last book was a good ending
 
no their not...i would have been the first to know... and i don't see how they could
 
They were thinking about it... But no they decided not to that it would take away from the movies...!
