how the hell do you enable a 2nd wii-mote

no matter what I do it will not synch up or whatever.. what do you have to do to get the wii to recognize the 2nd wiimote (it works in wii sports when you have to press 1+2 at the same time on the 2nd remote you want to add, but nothing else asks that and can't get it working for rayman, lol

did you sync it up? red button under the flap on the front of the wii, and the red button under the battery cover on the remote.

First you hit the sync button on the remote, then the sync button on the console, thats all i did and it worked perfectly for me.

I just pressed both sync buttons and waited until the 2nd light lit up. I don't have any other multiplayer games though.

Dont feel bad dude, it took me forever to figure out how to sync up a 360 controller for the same reason - my dumbass didnt push the sync button on the console
