ugh what tv show am i thinking of?!?!?!?

Ok i cannot think of what the title of this show is..

its a crime show..they solve murders and stuff (not law and order..not csi)
its a really new show
the lead character can read peoples minds..
he is a young guy..who i think is a fireman..he has black hair and white skin.
