ughh ill be the wierdo medical case -,-
who is raleigh?..... is that even a name? o.0

Oh, nevermind. That's my cousin and she has like, the exact same thing going on right now. And also, you type similarly, and I would expect her to have a screen name like yours... Sorry, that was just really strange.

Anyway, I wouldn't worry about it.

first of all i would be worried about people trying to look at my underwear lol jk just had to say that but if there mean to you just cause of a body problem or whatever just proves there asses and you deserve better respect and heres watcha do if anyone makes fun of you, on the day you leave camp say "take this biotchs" and have your bffs or family members throw bags of dog crap and eggs at everyone that was mean to you lol i would totally do that haha but good luck if you take my advice or not. (i doubt you will)
and who is raleigh?

What's your recommendation for other weirdo medical people, like my brother who's missing a leg? Should he hide himself, or should he do what he likes, and go skiing, hiking, bicycling and horseback riding?

Make sure the camp administration and counselors know about your brace, and about your worries about it. My brother would be furious if someone messed with his prosthetic leg, or stole it. No one makes fun of him. They wouldn't dare. But he'll discuss it with anyone who is curious.

You can use camp as an opportunity to learn more about teaching others about scoliosis. "See this weird thing? It's a night brace. I have a condition called scoliosis, or curvature of the spine. Mine's not so bad, but for some people it can really be debilitating. The brace helps correct my spine, and I wear it at night, but not during the day. I guess I'm kind of embarrassed about it."
