dodge has some of the strongest suspensions out there and are reliable but the have stiff suspension and make for a really bumpy ride. chevy have some softer suspension systems, are lighter, and tend to be faster from the factory, but also tend to have fuel pump problems about every other year. ford is about in th middle of the two but they were having problems with their 5.4 and tend to be a little on the slow side due to the upgraded chassis build. if its a work truck go with dodge, a daily commuter with light duty work every once in a while go with chevy but if you need it for both work and play go with a ford. Chevy's 350 is cheap and durable ford's 289 is the most durable engine ford made but isn't very strong but the the dodge v10 8.2 is just sick and you will rip a house out of its foundation. =D
