UGGG help! cant get phone to work on cricket and i paid for everything

i bought a samsung a930 thats with verizon, and I called cricket, set up an account, they added my esn nuraber and everything now, i daild *22804 and i heard music and it said please wait, then said im sorry we cant program this bla bla bla, and it said please refer to the manual or something so what do i have to do!!!

Do you have a usb data cable? Do you have qpst? If so you need to use qpst to read the phone a then go to nam setting and change the phone nuraber and the mdn nuraber.
