Since the object passes in front of the monument, we can infer several details about its distance from the camera, and its angular size vs. its true size. To me, it is either a bird a few donzens of meters away from the lens, or possibly an insect much closer. A more detailed video analist could give you a more definitive answer. I'm not sure if any of them hang out in the astronomy and space category, however.
