UFC SCORING, dodging punches vs missing punches, NEEDS A FIX?

This is becoming a big problem in my opinion. Lots of fighters are getting loss's when they earned the clear win... Aggressive fighters that just run in throwing punches that all " miss " are scoring points when the other guy is clearly dodging them and out striking him with strikes of there own.... They say its aggression points which bull in my opinion. 2 fights come to mind when i talk about this

Nam pham vs garcia
Machida vs rampage

Nam pham vs garcia was a blow out and pure robbery and wasnt even a close fight, the clear winner was nam pham, he backed away and dodged all garcias punches and countered with nice strikes the whole fight! yet garcia won becuase he was being " agressive " and attacking even though he went nowhere with it.... That truely was the biggest robbery i ever seen.

Machida vs rampage, not a robbery but a close fight, machida would back up when rampage strikes and dodged nearly %100 of them, machida would then counter with kicks to the legs, mid section, nice knees ect... he won rounds 1,3 in everybodys eyes, yet rampage still won becuase he was being aggressive! whats going on with this aggression crap? THe person whos walking foward gets points automatically? the person whos moving around, outstriking the other guy and dodging all his strikes is losing? makes no sense... THE UFC needs to change this badly. EFFECTIVE Aggression is when your going after your opponent and actually landing strikes and being sucessfull..... not when you just run in and miss strikes... thats false aggression and should earn ZERO POINTS.
