UCLA or Berkeley for pre-med track?

I have been accepted into both UCLA and Berkeley OOS. At UCLA I am a biochemistry major, and at Berkeley a molecular and cell biology major. I plan on going to med school and was wondering if any of you have insights to offer. UCLA has the added bonus of a hospital on campus, while Berkeley is slightly more prestigious. For both schools how easy is it to get involved in research, develop personal relationships with professors, and get chances to intern and volunteer at hospitals? How is the premedical advising? What are the strengths and weaknesses of each schools? I know that if I work hard and am proactive my undergraduate experience will be what I make of it, but what have your experiences been like?
