I'm pretty sure u have to be on a team, because
1. people would boo u if u were the only one cheering for the game.
2. you couldn't participate in half the things they do cause a lot of it is stunting.
3. i've never seen a lone cheerleader at uca camp.
by the way i'm not 100% positive, but common sense tells me u can't
