U700V "call failed"

Ive posted in NSpro Forum (with no response) also posted in this Forum NSpro section but no answers of any use.

I have U700v which shows signal bars (different strengths for different network sims) but when I try making a call is shows connecting (but no ringing tone) and after a few minutes shows call failed. This is with all networks. Text messaging is the same, shows sending then says "failed try again?"

I have reflashed it half a dozen times with NSpro and also UST2pro.
IMEI is correct although I have tried juggling with that also with same results.

Phone is obviously receiving a signal as The signal bars change if I'm in different area.

Any suggestions??
 
I have 20 pcs units with same problem and all have flashed with u700 version.This is software fault I think because with old version U700V version phones were good.
 
Its a Shame that Elco (No1 in samsung) cant be bothered to respond to my post here or in Nspro forum even just to give suggestions.
Does yours work with u700v flash or are you saying previous handsets worked with that flash?
 
I have this same problem. It's really weird, because it worked a few times. Now phone just can't make calls, although It finds the network.
It also shows a icon in the middle of the upper part like an antenna with a crossed red line. WTF??
