U.S. World Cup Team Crew... get in here

well, kind of. if an american football coach see's a soccer player that has a good boot, then that kid will more than likely be recruited for the football team and as well be scouted by colleges to be a kicker for american football. the incentive to play american football over soccer? 10x the money.

i honestly wish it was like that here. friends always go out and play basketball and american football for fun yet never soccer. and whenever its brought up, it always turns into an american football game, but with a soccer ball instead

meh, many americans never experienced a friendly game of football in the park with a couple of people in the park or the beach or whereever.

just go to england or germany, people drink beer, eat and play socccer, it's everyday kinda shit and i'm sure it's just like that in s.america

it's just really social and doesn't have to be a competitive sport

hell, me and a couple classmates met every thursday afternoon to play 90 minutes against some of our teachers - good times!

i imagine las angeles as a city where it's rather tough to just meet a couple strangers and get a agame going - as far as i'm informed it's really an unsocial car-town...that's one of the things i didn't like about america - people get everywhere by car because everythings is so fuckin spread out, you never just meet new people outside and there aren't many places where people gather other than malls
but that maybe is just me, i'm sure a city like LA has everything to offer as long as you know the right places. now that i'm thinking about it i should maybe check it out

umm. Yes it does.

What sport do the top athletes in most European countries go in to? S. America? Asia?

It would make a huge difference for US soccer if more top athletes started playing it over a. football/baseball/etc.
