I Love you Phillip Morris

OMG get with the times Americans.

Don't like it then don't go and see it but to not even show it is ridiculous in this day and age!

Censorship at it's worse!

Can someone please expain how we get the title of being prudish Brits it aint the upper lip that is stiff in the UK :D?

They wouldn't even take Torchwood on the U.S networks it ended up on BBC America.

What are your views?

America is full of nazis in disguise - they call themselves "concerned parents" or "family groups" and ban anything which is not white, heterosexual and PC.

Makes me laugh-they have the worst racism in the World, hate everyone, shoot everyone, death row etc etc...but they throw their hanRAB up in horror at two men kissing.

The general consensus (I'm a bit of a film geek) is that because BM was made by an 'arty-farty' director (Ang Lee) and starred two relatively un-known (at the time) actors, no-one who would be likely to be offended by it would ever want to watch it anyway, whereas Carrey and McGregor are both high-profile mainstream actors. As the publicity guy says "The depiction of the sexual activity [in ILYPM] was far more than I've ever seen in a mainstream film with a mainstream celebrity,".

"America" doesn't. A vocal, poweful element of American society does. Probably a majority. If you asked the whole of the UK about it I suspect a majority would still be against it.

Gay acceptance is a work in progress.

Anyone laugh at that author being called Stifler?

Anyway, this is pathetic, because it's so obvious that if it was a graphic hetero sex scene, no-one would care.

Oh, and also, I'm not gay.

Well I'm dying to see this movie for long time, are they shocked by it? Good grief! Such prudes!

I have to say that Ewan and sex, gay or not gay, it's always, but always a must.I'll be the first in line.:D
