I know 4th answer in your questions...The Industrial revolution withnessed in England affected the colonies. As a result of This Industrial revolution the british imported the finish goods in the thirteen colonies.

1) Because the bees were a very friendly people. It differed because it was not African.

2) It was a period in the dark ages when it was so dark that people communicated with musical instruments. Since material was scarce, they used the Triangle often. The Middle Passage was the hollow space in the middle of the triangle, which was used for absolutely nothing.

3) In the north, slavery was a relatively innocent and acceptable affair, where the slaves would be used to film movies such as: "Two Slaves, One Dairy Cow".

4) It was just too glorious for the governors to cope with.

5) The Enlightenment? Is this slavery is America or Buddhism?

6) It was crap, okay? Get over it.

7) The Americans decided that they would sue GB for the rights to their own country. Like most Americans, always with the suing.
