When I call someone back in for an interview I want to get to know more about them (you have to hire someone that will fit in). I also go more into their job abilities, I want make sure that they are experienced enough to handle the position. I prefer someone that can bring a little extra to the company, someone with ideas that's not afraid to show them. But not someone that is pushy.
