TX case question?

I'm trying to purchase a case for my palm. I want to go with something that can adequately protect it and also not be huge. I tried out some leather ones at Compusa and they weren't that good. Also the Innopocket hard case for the Tungsten didn't fit!

Can a case for the Tungsten exactly fit a TX! I looked at Palms site and the stuff they have doesn't seem to be any better than the aftermarket stuff.

Any ideas will help. Thanks!

I have used Innopocket before (on an older Palm I had), but I am more pleased with the RhinoSkin brand (http://www.saunders-usa.com/rhinoskin/). Basically Innopocket uses the "same" design as RhinoSkin, only RhinoSkin came first, and in my opinion is a little better quality. I have a RhinoSkin hardcase for my TX and it fits perfectly.

There is also the BodyGlove brand. They have a couple of different styles (best place to find them is eBay) and they are mostly water resistant and provide SOME protection against dropping. They are also a little more on the "sporty" side of style. They have BodyGlove cases for specific Palms, but I don't think they have a specific one for the TX, but you can get one of their "Universal" cases that fit pretty good and are not too big. They usually have slots for SD Cards and credit cards. I have seen 2 universal BodyGlove cases. Both zip close, one starts and end (zipper) on the top and the other, starts and stops on the left side. I have both and I am very pleased with both of them.

I mainly use the RhinSkin and BodyGlove cases because of my job (Army), and have only had 2 leather cases, which didn't work very well for me.

Hope this helps!

I have an Innopocket hardcase for my T5, and while its not quite as close fitting as the Innopocket I have for my old TE, its quite snug and is the best one I have found on the web. Already saved my T5 once or twice when I dropped it!
