TWS 10th Birthday Special: Thurs 9 Sep, 8pm, Channel 5

Was very disappointed not to see the clip of Kirsty in the red dress :(

I think they took far too long introducing the panel. Taking their time in the morning isn't too bad as its half an hour longer, but the 2 topics they discussed were very rushed. I would have preferred them just to chat about the show and have more clips, but I guess they wanted to give a taster of what the show is like to people that don't normally watch.

Oh god, I'm sure I don't hate that many people - but I really can't stand that Carole Malone! :o:(

Can't stand her awful voice for a start - it's just unbearable to listen to.

Rather a toss up to decide who is actually worse out of her and the awful Gail Porter - but I'm sure 'Moany Malone' takes that crown.

I did enjoy the retrospective although I didn't think the debates was neccerary, I would prefer more clips but Catherine Tate was a good guest, wonder why the panel was different for the evening show?

Biggins and Matthew Wright drinking the breast milk was a highlight, I think it depenRAB on the panel of the week and the guest because it can be great but a bad panel can turn off viewers.

It's on DemandFive at the moment, presumably until Thursday. I put it up on TWStuff, but like I thought, unless you're outside the UK or run the URLs for all four parts through a proxy server... :(

I do remember Matthew and James getting into quite a heated argument on the show once and they both lost their cool. I don't think James was on it for much longer after that! ;)

I thought it was incredible that Wrighty never even mentioned Kate and James, considering how many programmes they made together in the early days.

I'm watching. I watch the daytime version whenever my shift patterns allow me to do so. It is almost like a tv version of RAB...(General Discussion) with lively debates and discussions about various topics of the day....and it sure beats watching Jeremy Kyle on t'other side! Happy 10th Birthday TWS.

Wrighty, a Devil's Advocate? He neeRAB to try a bit harder. Whenever Blair gets mentioned nowadays on the show I have to cringe, he's so passionately biased against him, more so than any of the panellists!!! I didn't agree with the Iraq war either but I also remember how Wright put his best suit on, sucked up to Blair and failed to ask him any tough questions when he appeared on the show in 2005!:rolleyes:

I don't see why this show can't be on instead of the 'Loive at Studio Foive' tosh?

Matthew Wright is the only good thing on the TV during the day IMO and 6pm or 6.30 would be the perfect slot for it. :)

Well, he said on one of the daytime shows that he wouldn't have been allowed to ask him any tough questions, otherwise he wouldn't have shown up.

I like the way Matthew's turned into more of a grumpy old man, though, as I've been there for years already :D

There was a discussion about whether Wayne Rooney should still be the face of Coke Zero, and he said, "Or perhaps they can just get rid of it because it's disgusting rubbish that rots your teeth". Sure the advertisers loved that :D

I tune in during the mornings to see what idiotic anti-women nonsense Matthew will come up with. I don't think I'd like to watch it in the evening, then go to bed irked by Wrighty. :D

I don't dislike the man, but I do only watch because he is a pratt. Yesterday's 'are pregnant women to blame when their husband's cheat' argument was ludicrously ill thought out in MW's desperate attempt to exonerate male cheaters and villainise women.

He's very entertaining, but not necessarily for the right reasons. :D
