TWS 10th Birthday Special: Thurs 9 Sep, 8pm, Channel 5

I'm not talking about the number of people watching at home. It's the people sitting in the studio! And ok you're right, who cares but I couldn't care less about most of the threaRAB on here, so I don't comment on them! Still I think if you do the maths it doesn't add up.

I don't think they should move it to the evening, its fine where it is. They would probably shorten it to an hour and have the same problems as last night, everything being very rushed. I do wish they would move the repeat on Fiver to the evening though. Seems a bit pointless putting the repeat on only 15 minutes after the original broadcast has finished!!

Crikey! She hasn't has she!?

I think I must have consciously avoided all references to that in the news then!

I agree that she was more likeable without hair for some reason, strange that...........

I can't bear her now - bloody woman - what a total bore - nothing interesting to say WHATSOEVER! :o

Perhaps she should just stick to getting her kit off then - as I think we could cope without her expert opinion and views on world events.......... ;)

I'll be watching. Not sure how this show is going to fair in primetime but it is certainly the best programme on in the daytime. Hard to believe it's been on the air for 10 years - that's flown by!

When TWS was at MTV in Camden, it had very little space for audience members. I'm sure it was around 45/50.

Is it slightly larger since they moved to Whiteleys?

I went for the first time a month or so back and it's actually smaller than that - there is only room for about 20 or so people apparently. It clearly is the same folk every day - me and my mate were the only two people who hadn't been before - I got the feeling we were somewhat of a novelty!

Whilst are on the subject - does anyone know what happened to Henry Bonsu who used to be on all the time? Did he and Matthew fallout or something? He just seems to have never been mentioned since and wasnt in any of the clips last night. Not much on Google about him either

It's quite a feat to have reached ten years.

The Wright Stuff is still relatively hidden on Channel Five's morning TV schedule, but it's a good show.

Well, I notice we see much more of it these days on the regular shows. :)

Yes, that's what I was expecting and more interaction with the other guests in the audience. Pointless having the two discussion topics, especially as we already had the regular TWS show in the morning. And one of those topics had already been discussed this week if I'm not mistaken.

Quite possibly. I'll get it online soon, but the only problem (and I am forever in the process of trying to get this sorted out) is that they have an automatic copyright thing which has kicked in for almost every upload since they changed the set, which blocks the videos in the UK, and I expect will happen for tonight's show too.

Hence, over here you can only see them if you copy the URLs into a proxy server.

Youtubeproxy.org is one such site, for example.

Thanks.

Yes I've been wondering why I can't access your videos. I click on a video of yours to watch it and then I get a message saying that this belongs to Channel 5 and that it can't viewed in my country or something along those lines.

Even if it is only on 40 weeks a year, 5 days a week, for ten years that's 2000 shows. If they had 50,000 audience members that's only 25 per show!

A bit odd for the scheduling but whatever. They should move the show to the Live from Studio Five slot and make it a proper contender for The One Show.
