Two weird white bumps that feel like cuts on my front gum.?

I noticed today when I was home today with the flu that I have two white bumps on my gums. They feel like there cut but I cant tell. It hurts like pouring lemon juice on an open cut when I eat though.
 
It could possibly be a developing canker sore. It rises and looks like a bump at first and then they get a little bigger and open a hole. It's nothing to worry about Canker sores aren't contagious and it's usually caused by stress.
