two of my fish gang up on the smaller one and try to eat it.?

the smaller fish (white oranda) was in the tank for about first, the other two larger fish (gold oranda and blue oranda (i think)) were added after five days, these two were added together though.
how can i stop them fighting?
im worried they will kill the white oranda!
thw two gold and white orandas tolerate each other when the blue oranda is removed from the tank, but when the blue oranda is put back in, the gold annd blue attack the white.
 
I have had that trouble also so I bought a small tank and put that bossy fish in it and there's no bullying. Perhaps you could do the same.
