Two of My Female Friends Are Very Flaky? Should I End Their Friendships?

I have many female friends that can be flakly but the two that I'm going to mention are like the top two that are probably by far, the most flaky. I have known this one girl since 8th grade and this other girl since 9th grade. They are friends with each other. I have tried asking to hang out with a group of friends or whatever and they say they are extremely busy. One girl mentioned that she had a babysitting job and we only talk in school and not really hang out. The other girl I called up a couple of times and said maybe we could go out to lunch. She said near the end of last month but it never happened. She rarely has any free time and so does this other girl. They both promised to hang out with me though. I did have a crush on two of the girls but one of them found a date to a dance and the other has a boyfriend. They are both really nice people but should I continue their friendship or should I just end their friendships since I NEVER hung out with them on the weekends? When I mean never I mean not even once. The only time I would see them is when I would see them in plays or at high school dances.
