Two MTX Jackhammer JH55 and Alpine/ Kicker Amp?

I have two MTX Jackhammer JH55 subwoofers in a vented enlclosure powered by an Alpine MRP-M650. I think it sounds good but its not even hitting the RMS of the subs. I am thinking of buying a kicker 750.1 amp which puts out 750 RMS. So the total would be 1350 RMS on the subs and the peak on the subs is 1600. How would that sound and is it safe?
