that a good improvement? I am a 36 year old 165 pound man. I had such a low starting point because I was so weak in the legs and the lower back. It was humiliating, especially because there are very small and skinny women on youtube who are easily deadlifting 250-300 pounds. I think if I tried my absolute hardest, I might be able to to 215 for my one time max. With an emphasis on the word "might". I still consider myself to be a pathetically weak man in the legs and lower back compared to other men (and even small women!), but the good news is that I am improving. Is this a good improvement over two months?
