Twlight is the next big book series going to be like it?

me and one of my friends have been talking about this. i say no and she says yes.
i say no because any book that comes out with the plot mainly about two people trying to get stay together against (something like twilight not saying it has to be vampires) all odds i think people will just treat it like another twilight. sorry that's what i think and she says yes because she says romance books that are like twilight are in demand.
what do you all think......
 
I sure hope not...
But I'm fairly sure it'll be some sort of fantasy.
First Harry Potter, now Twilight.
Though Twilight is not near as good or well written as Harry Potter, you get my point.

If it's like Twilight, people will reject it because Twilight was already so successful. The next big series will be original.
 
Geez, I hope not.

Twilight is immature, pointless, annoying, ridiculous, plot-less, unoriginal and only goes skin deep. If the next big series is like it, I'll have to march myself through the halls of school and begin hitting screaming fangirls over the head with a decent piece of literature.
 
I think no.
I would most certainly hope not, anyways. If the next big series is going to be like Twilight I would call that unoriginal. I would rather it be a new and fresh idea.
 
Twilight and Harry Potter are very different. HP was the first big hit (it's still a big hit) and Twilight was the next, even if it's crap. What follows, logically, should be a totally different hit.
