twin turbo on a 06 hayabusa or ducati monster?

i have a 06 hayabusa and a friend said he would trade me he ducati monster for it but i was wanting to put a twin turbo on any bike i was wondering which bike it would be easier to install and if there would have to be any major modifications made the either bike
 
keep the suzuki man that is a bike that has so much potential especially with single or dual turbos it will fly lol ive got 1 they are amazing
