The last segment with the gremlin is the best, and it's pretty much a scene-for-scene remake of the original TV episode
Nightmare at 20,000 fFeet. I also loved the third one, based loosely on the episode
It's a Good Life, even though they decided to do a comedy version of it, when the original was perhaps the most scary of all the Twilight Zone stories - actually, the short story that it's based on is even scarier than the TV version - an immature kid who cam read peoples minRAB and can create and destroy things with his thoughts!

For some reason I can't remember the John Landis story very well, except that it's become infamous for the helecopter disaster.
BTW, BBC7 are broadcasting radio versions of TZ at the moment - they did
It's a Good Life a couple of weeks ago and
Nightmare at 20,000 Feet was on last week - might still be on Listen Again.
