Tv is all tinted blue! PLEASE HELP?

My tv is all tinted blue, and I can't fix it, no matter what I do with the colour settings. If I change the tinting nothing happens, it just goes from blue to green.

It happened when I woke up.
It was normal when I went to sleep.
My tv is an rca tv

how do I fix this please help me!
