TV at Walmart, Best Buy, or Electronics Store?

I want to buy a Sony 40" TV KDL-EX400. It is the same price at Walmart, Best Buy, and a locally owned high end electronics store. Even Amazon. Does it matter were you buy a TV? I realize this is a low end TV. Even if it's a Sony.

Is it OK to have it shipped or is it better to pick it up in person?
