Tutorial for Samsung U410 with WAP, incoming MMS and possibly U520, U540, A870, more.

I believe:

MSL = Master Subsidy Lock
SPC = Service Programming Lock
These are the same as far as I know.

Then there is the "Field Service" Code, whatever that is used for.

Ans the infamous
OTSL = One Time Subsidy Lock
On some phones this code is entered to program NAM or whatever, but is only used once then the SPC/MSL is used.

Im pretty sure my other comps have office on them come to think of it, lol. Well I'm loading MS Office 2007 (at 10% now...) and we will see if it fixes it.

ok i have one problem thats preventing me to start this process on the juke using the u540 dll. I can get the dll to show up in samsung pst. but not in pst lite. is there a seperate dll made for pst lite or can i use the same dll for both? and when i tried to run the u540 dll on the juke in samsung pst it says invalid password? Help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Thanks For The Suggestion It Worked But I Still Cant Get It To Work With The Dll That Were Giving Me Errors. So Far It Was Reading And As Soon As Its Done I Get This Error "error In Reading Nam"

yeah- i was just throwing it up there for anyone else who needed it...i've had it since the week that the juke was released and have never used it...what a waste of knowledge!!!

thanks. I'll still be working on outgoing mms on and off. At least until I get my Venus i just won on ebay! This is an inbetween phone that proved hackable. And right before i switch to my venus I'll try this on the U520 and the A870 too. And I'm 90% sure this would work on the U540, but I don't have one.

for password use 111111

to have the dll show in your other app, go to C:\Program Files\Samsung Electronics\Samsung PST (or whatever the filepath to the folder is) then copy the dll into the models folder...if there is not a folder titled "Models" then create one and put it there...the "Models" folder should be contained in the same folder as your .exe file.

now enjoy your hacking you little noobie...lol :2thurabs:

Wasted no more. I got the hook on Jukes too, I gotta work stuff out with a friend of mine, but i'll probably be selling them brand new for $200 fully flashed when i figure out WAP.

Use QPST to read the phone and change the SPC to 000000 (first tab in QPST) then write to phone. That may fix the SPST Lite issues. Also, you will be able to *228 instead of manually program the phone. You will most likely have to redo most of this if your phone isn't activated yet (except prl and spc)
