Turtle Ate Sick Fish What to do?

my turtle ate small fishes with wierd bubbles growing on their tails, he ate 2 with bubbly tails and 1 perfectly healthy one.
The bubbles are inside the fish's skin. its not on the outside. its internal. will he get sick?
 
Turtles are scavengers. The turtle should be fine, but if you see another fish sick,flush them. Feed turtle more, he sounds hungery unless you want him eating your fish. Try bigger fish.
