Well, I am going to do a flip-flop here. I didn't like it before I liked it. After seeing 60Mike's RK I have seen a two-tone I do like. Great color of blue and the white looks like an accent color. I think the ones I have seen left me with the feeling that there was too much white. Ibelieve the key is to have the white paint look like a accent to the main color. Man, I would hate to look at those pictures and think that I had sold that King.

yeah, 60Mike's RKC sure looked good. This is what I do, my riding partner, hdforums member ritorres, has a SG and I just ride behind him or next to him for the radio! [8D]

I'm glad you guys are keeping this thread going. I got my V&H duals installed yesterday. Of course, I couldn't find my snapring pliers to get the circlips on the new pipes and then I was missing the nut for the rear pipe brace bracket. So, I had to make a trip to Sears and Ace to get those to things. I downloaded the new PowerCommander map, I believe it was 807-33, and it sounded good.

Mountainkowboy, those covers look good, where did you find those?

Gents;

2006StreetGlide has an great retro looking air cleaner on his bike. He PM'd me and said they are made by Goodson. I found the link to the company. They look good on a StreetGlide, imagine how they'd lookon the Classics!

Roger that on the Great thread!

I have enjoyed reading all of your posts and have gaine quite a bit of insight. I hope you guys keep this thread alive and post more pics as your projects develop!

Debay and Pastor John, Thanks for the compliments. I need to get a better quality picture up here. I'll be working on that. Pastor, that is one beautiful bike you have there, too. Can't go wrong with black, especially when it's kept as perfect as yours. Looks like this thread has found a following. Keep it alive and let's see some more pics and retro ideas.
