I'd recommend you stop now.
A muffler is at the very end of an exhaust system. A turbo is at the front.
The two have practically nothing in the slightest to do with each other.
And blunt as it may be, if you have to ask something like this, you're not ready to turbo a vehicle anyway.
It's like showing up to college, and asking how to do middle school math problems.
