Turbo Timer on Toyota Vigo?

I want to put a Turbo timer in My 2007 Toyota Vigo (Hilux). It comes with a factory alarm. When the engine is running and I press the lock button on the key, the doors dont lock. What I want to know is if I install the timer if I will lose the remote locking feature.
