How many psi?

You'd probably need to check your compression figures first, and then you'd be looking at reforged pistons , possibly a new fuel pump, new headers . I'm sure you can find turbo kits for it on the internet though.

At the end of the day, its all $$$.
 
Anything over 8psi will require a complete engine and head build. There is no way around it. Expect to find a REPUTABLE shop, and keep an open checkbook. You can expect to spend anywhere from $15,000-$30,000 depending on the boost you want.
