I posted here before but for some reason I did not get any results. My friend ended up buying a 1996 Supra with 27,000 miles. He ended up paying $39,000 after everything. He is looking to get around the 1,000bhp mark. Not looking to be a street car. Just a fun car for the drap strip. I asked him how much to make the motor(2JZ) up to 1,000bhp mark? He said I am not sure exaclty. I need to figure it all out. So he spend $40k on the car. So I am guessing around another $100,000 for the all the other goodies to make it produce 1,000bhp????? Any supra owners out there? Also how is this thing going to be to maintaine?
