Hi,
I was installing the update 1.1 for the first time.
I followed the Mac Regular Method on the Palm website: http://kb.palm.com/wps/portal/kb/common/article/15356_en.html .
I uploaded the file Tungsten T5 1.1 Update.prc onto the Applications directory of the Internal drive, as instructed by Palm's website. When I turned Drive Mode off, as instructed, the Palm crashed.
It went to reboot automatically but it wouldn't go further than the grey screen with the banner "Palm Powered". Same thing if I pinhole-reboot it.
Basically, the file Tungsten T5 1.1 Update.prc doesn't let Palm reboot.
I would very much appreciate any suggestions about how to leave this loophole.
