Tuna Mercury Poisoning?

I just found out that tuna isn't very healthy for you. I ate 4 cans of tuna, those tuna snack kits. 1st day 3 cans and 2nd day 1 can. Will i get mercury poisoning? I'm never eating tuna again... 1can is about 85g.
So i had 4 cans of tuna in a week.
Yes im a male.
 
My daughter (25) was just talking to me about this yesterday. She started getting terrible headaches and her vision became blurry. She blames her diet of tuna.
