I'm about 158cm tall (5 foot 2) and about 7nearly 8 stone which is a healthy weight..
But recently with exams coming up I have been eating ALOT.
The wieght doesn't go all over, just makes my belly flabby..
Anyone have any good tummy toning exercises?
