I don't see any vacuum advance mechanism on this distributor, so I'm not sure how it does the advancing, unless it is by the computer (but on a 1991??).
With the engine idling, what should the timing be set to? I would think 12 degrees before is about right.
Any tips or advise from the wise would be great!
THANKS!!
Robert
I have a Chilton's manual, and it doesn't cover the timing like this. My bro-in-law and I scoured it and found no real help when it comes to adjusting the timing.
Is there a way to disable the centrifical advance mechanism within the distributor?
